It is impossible to truly communicate understanding verbally
the human brain is that much superior to the faculty of language
in order to understand the other person, you would need to have an identical thought process
the chances of that, given the complexity of the brain and neurological pathways, is akin to finding two identical snowflakes
even if you try to think of just one thought, it will come with other thoughts and distortions
let's say we verbally communicate white
there are so many shades of white
and the ability to think simply of the colour white would be envied by the most devout meditator
it is practically impossible
maybe that's why humans don't get along very well
we never understand eachother

So here's the bigger question: if we can never truly communicate meaning, what does that entail for religion?
